Proof, not promises
How We Verify Every Foreclosure Document Before You Rely On It
How do we know HWS's foreclosure self-help is accurate? Every court-document draft we generate is mechanically checked against public legal databases before anyone relies on it — every case citation is verified against CourtListener, every filing is scanned for defects, and every date and dollar amount traces to a sourced record. If a check fails, the draft doesn't ship.
The problem: foreclosure self-help is full of unverifiable claims
Paid "forensic audit" and foreclosure-rescue operators charge homeowners upfront fees — often illegally — for reports that are frequently wrong and do nothing in court. On the other side, free DIY information online is inconsistent, out of date, or written for a different state's law entirely. Either way, a homeowner is asked to trust a document with their house on the line, with no way to check the work.
We built something different: a mechanical accuracy gate that every self-help court-document draft has to pass, and that we can describe plainly instead of asking you to take our word for it.
The accuracy method — five mechanical checks, every document
We call it the "green" gate internally — a document either passes all five checks or it doesn't ship.
- Every case citation, checked against CourtListener. Before a citation reaches a draft, it's verified against CourtListener, a public, independent legal database — so no hallucinated or wrong case ever reaches something you'd sign.
- Court layout, checked mechanically. A separate tool checks the document's formatting against real court filing conventions — caption placement, signature blocks, spacing — the defects that get pro-se filings kicked back on sight.
- A byte-level scan for leftover defects. Every document is scanned against a filing policy so nothing slips through: no attorney-template residue, no placeholder text, no wrong oath language on a document you're signing yourself.
- Every date and dollar amount traces to a source. Facts that appear in a sworn document — dates, amounts, deadlines — have to trace back to a sourced facts record we can point to, not a guess.
- The result is bound to that exact document. The pass/fail verdict is fingerprinted to the specific document it checked — so the check can't quietly drift out of sync with what you actually received.
What an accuracy check looks like
Sample Homeowner v. Sample Bank — illustrative example, not a real case:
- Citations verified against CourtListener
- Court layout & formatting checked
- No placeholders or attorney residue found
- Every date & dollar amount traced to source
- Verdict bound to this document's fingerprint
What we don't do
- We are not a law firm. We provide self-help document analysis, education, and drafting tools. We do not represent you in court, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using this site.
- This is not legal advice. Nothing here or in your account is legal advice for your specific situation. We'll tell you plainly when it's time to bring in a licensed attorney.
- We charge no advance fee. Federal law (the MARS Rule, Regulation O) bans charging a fee up front to "stop" a foreclosure. We don't do it — you pay a flat membership, never a fee tied to an outcome.
- We do not guarantee any outcome. No one honest can promise you'll win your case. Accuracy is something we can prove. A result is not.
Frequently asked
- How do you know HWS's foreclosure self-help is accurate?
- Every court-document draft is mechanically checked against public legal databases before anyone relies on it — citations verified against CourtListener, the document scanned for defects. If a check fails, the draft doesn't ship.
- What is the "fc-green" accuracy gate?
- Our internal name for the mechanical document accuracy gate: citation verification, court-layout linting, a byte-level defect scan, and a sourced-facts trace. Nothing skips it.
- Do you check case citations before they go in a document?
- Yes, every citation is checked against CourtListener, a public independent legal database, before the draft is finished.
- Can I verify this myself, or do I just have to trust you?
- The checks are mechanical and bound to the exact document you receive — we'd rather show our work than ask for faith.
- Is Health Wealth Stealth a law firm?
- No. We are a self-help membership providing document analysis, education, and drafting tools — not legal representation or legal advice.
- Does an accurate document guarantee I'll win my case?
- No. Accuracy means the document is factually correct and properly cited — it is not, and cannot be, a guarantee of any court outcome.
